A BIS community event, celebrating our successes of the school year and having the opportunity to come together before the summer holidays. 

Students will perform on stage and various sponsors will provide delicious food and drinks. 

Join us for a beautiful afternoon at the Schloss and catch up with other parents, staff members and the school leadership team. 

PARKING
Please follow the BIS parking signs and respect road safety and local community by not obstructing traffic or private property access. If arriving by car, please use the following address for your GPS: Dorfstraße 30, 85778 Haimhausen
 

SECURITY
This event is for the BIS community members only and security spot checks may occur at the entrance. Please be prepared to show your BIS ID badge or this email as your “ticket” if requested. All Alumni & their parents are invited to be part of this event

WASTE MANAGEMENT
As you know, we are a three star European Eco School and we try to avoid unnecessary waste and environmental pollution. Therefore, we will set up waste and return stations all over the event area. Please support us with this request and bring rubbish, empty bottles and dishes back to these stations after use.

FIRST AID
In case of a medical emergency, colleagues from the Bavarian Red Cross (Bayerisches Rotes Kreuz) are on site.

PHOTO & VIDEO
Photography and videography will be taken on the day of this event for use on our external website and social media channels. If you do not wish to be featured in photography or videos, please speak to a BIS staff member on the day or contact communications@bis-school.com

Finally, please note that pets and smoking are not allowed on campus.
